I got an interview on the spot at the career fair for the next day. The interview itself was with another consultant not an HR or recruiting manager. I was asked to explain why I wanted to go into business coming from an engineering background.

How will your background help you be successful in this job? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? They asked about time management skills and how I approach problem solving.
