Interview
The interview process was a three-step process. The first step was a behavioral phone interview with a recruiter. Next step was a behavioral phone interview with a Quality Engineer. The final step was an on-site interview at Appian HQ which consisted of 3 interviews: 2 technical (with QEs) and 1 behavioral (with an executive such as CEO, CFO, CIO).
The 1st round was an online proctored test. It contained Essay, coding questions and MCQ. The essay was about any application and describing its testing features. MCQ mostly had aptitude and qualtiy regarding questions.

The interview was very simple.The interview gone for around 30 mins. They just asked what is quality and a logical question.Then about time management and also about conflict management. And what you know about appion.Overall the interview wasn't that much tough interview
