The interview process at Apollo.io involves five stages: DSA (Data Structures and Algorithms), HLD (High-Level Design), Behavioral, LLD (Low-Level Design), and Offer Discussion, emphasizing technical skills, problem-solving, and cultural fit.
Multi step process in the following sequence:
- Recruiter screening
- Technical interview (DSA focused)
- Onsite 1: 1 behavioural interview, followed by 1 system design interview
- Onsite 2: 1 system design interview, followed by a technical interview (Design patterns & OOP focus)
