I was contacted by their recruiter, who put me in touch directly with the hiring manager. After 2 phone interviews, I was brought in for one 45-minute interview. The final round consisted of 3 in-person interviews (45 min each). The following day, I received the offer. Total turnaround was quick, 2 weeks.

For the "skills" interview, they gave me 4 numbers and asked me to take the average. I was a little surprised that this was the extent of the quantitative questioning.
