I recently went through a three-round interview process with Apixio, involving HR, a manager, and a senior team member. Throughout the process, I received positive feedback and felt optimistic about receiving an offer. Unfortunately, I was never contacted again, and the role was reposted with updated wording. What makes this experience particularly disappointing is that I hadn't heard of Apixio before their recruiter reached out to me about the opportunity. As someone who has been laid off for a year and is currently working a "bridge job" to make ends meet, receiving an offer would have been incredibly meaningful. The lack of communication, even a polite rejection, was disheartening.

There was initial phone call with the recruiter, then an hour call with one of the managers, mostly about the company, culture, etc and then a marathon of 3 technical interviews and final interview with the CTO.
