The interview process consisted of a basic phone screen, interview with a lead developer, interview with a hiring manager (they were fairly technical), and an interview with another developer on the team I'd be placed on. Most of the interviews consisted of open discussions about tech. There was no take-home or coding challenge. One major flaw in this process was how long it took. All these interview took place over the course of 1½ - 2 months.
