Applied online and heard back a week later for a phone screen. Phone screen was a very basic 30 minute conversation with a recruiter. Tell me about yourself, walk through your resume, is the pay and location ok for you, etc. Then moved on to a 2 hour timed Excel test (data cleaning, proofreading names, some basic index-match). Relatively straightfoward stuff, but required a dedicated 2 hour chunk of time. Sent the Excel test in a few days later and have not heard back from the recruiter or company in ~3 weeks. From what I read on Glassdoor, this seems to be standard for Aperio. Expect not to hear back unless you're the candidate getting the job.
