I got an email for an online interview through the software Hirevue. Very brief-takes maximum 20 minutes. required a couple questions that you had to type answers as well as 3-4 questions that recorded your response.

Briefly they will have a test on your knowledge in this field which is executive compensation. From the perspective of mine, you need to show you have enough enthusiasm and endeavor which means you will try your best on your work.
