Very straightforward and I enjoyed the interview process. They had recorded questions and then prep time to prepare for the question and then I answered the question for three minutes. It went well as I slowed my answers to come across as calm

Why do you want to have a summer internship at Aon
Hirevue, data assessment, interviews, really long for no reason tbh, there was not constant contact with the recruiter felt like i was getting ghosted at times idk odd it definitely could have been better
online application, then there is a online assessment about SJT, then there is an on demand video interview with 4 questions. The last stage is an in person assessment centre
Very easy, felt more like conversations than interviews. Various behavioral questions to get you to showcase your skills, was a slow but good process. Its 3 separate parts, so make sure you know every inch of your resume.
