Interview
The interview process included recording myself answering interview questions utilizing a link that was sent from HR. The first question was just an introduction, and the other questions were behavioral/experience based. Each question allowed you to re-record up to two times and there was a 2-3 minute time limit answering each question. There were about 8-10 questions in total. I can't quite remember the exact total of questions, but it took about 30-45 minutes to complete.

What was the toughest challenge you faced and how did you overcome it?
The interview process was completely online and I didn't meet with anyone on Zoom. Aon utilizes a software where they have some questions be answered with a video that you record or they give you a space to type out a response.
