Very dysfunctional. The worst part about the process was having one guy ask some off the wall questions. What type of animal would you be? What superpower would you ask for?

easy, fast, and the interviewers cared a lot aout you as a person instead of all the corporate jargon. asked straightforward question and gave good info on the job as well

Three rounds of interviews some of them online and some of them were even in person. people were nice and i did not think it was very difficult. Good time.
It was normal process with the two brokers interviewing me.
No HR involved in the interview process other than communication and scheduling.
2 interviews in total.
Got a job offer.
