I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Aon (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2012
Interview
I submitted my resume directly through the Aon website. I was contacted by an internal recruiter that thought I may be a good fit. She discussed the position with me, asked if I was still interested, and then set up my first face-to-face interview. I met with the person that would be my supervisor. With their approval, I then met with the person above my supervisor for the final interview. Within a day, I was called with an offer.

Question 1
None of them were difficult... all very generic and expected.
The process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by two behavioral interviews with team members and a final round with a senior manager. Questions focused on teamwork, problem solving, and understanding of risk and consulting. The interviewers were professional and conversational.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Aon (Diegem)
Interview

Question 1
Gesprek had weinig diepgang. Aantal klassiekers, wat zijn je sterke punten.
The interview process was good, managed well. Though they thought I was overqualified for the role. It was a walk-in interview and it was fine only not that bad i would say.
