The process was simple. one apttitude test , HR round and final technical round. It was spread in two days. The test is really simple about 2 hours. Then there is HR round she will tell about the job role, responsibilites and there is bond of one year. The pay is according to industry standards

HR Screening round for a batch of 12-14 people. They also ask for Psychometric test post. After a long wait there was a panel discussion with 2 service managers and next day was asked to appear for final round with delivery head.

I had a very calm and peaceful discussion. The interview proceeded in the best of ways and I felt very comfortable and little to no stress was put on me
