I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aon (Cesena, Emilia-Romagna) in Dec 2015
Interview
I applied for cut-e, that at the time was still not part of the AON group. It consisted of online ability and personality tests and of a telephone structured interview including a case study. I perceived the process as fair and relevant. The case study was around a call for tender and I had to gve my opinion and create a plan. The interview was competency based and involved questions about client orientation, teamwork and drive. The interviewer was warm and my not perfect English was not taken into consideration.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had difficulties with a team.
Hirevue, data assessment, interviews, really long for no reason tbh, there was not constant contact with the recruiter felt like i was getting ghosted at times idk odd it definitely could have been better
Very easy, felt more like conversations than interviews. Various behavioral questions to get you to showcase your skills, was a slow but good process. Its 3 separate parts, so make sure you know every inch of your resume.
online application, then there is a online assessment about SJT, then there is an on demand video interview with 4 questions. The last stage is an in person assessment centre
