CV Review, short back and forth mails then interview. Skype interview. Generally good process, skill and personal questions. Downfall was the process after the interview to get other requirements sorted out leaving you without work after you resigned at previous company with no salary until they sort out their internal issues.

Interview
First the company provided some brief introduction about the company, company value, employee benefit and conducted interview on the next day. The recruiter asked a couple personal questions and some question about my opinion towards the company. There's no group interview, no paper test and only one recruiter performed this interview.
