I have two technical round and one HR round.
Freshers are taking interview and they dont have knowledge of python.
They directly schedule your interview to there client and ask you to tell the interviewer that you worked in there company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Antino Labs (Gurgaon, Haryana)

I am in ai domain, they wanted to hire for a general role of python+ai+genai, Some 4+ rounds and client. i cleared all yet got ghosted. After a month I suddenly get an abstract meeting invite, with leadership and 14 ish other employees and i am getting roped in as their employee and represent antino before a client to get project for them. Not sure if this is how they function but it was weird
