It took a while (3 weeks) after the application for the hiring manager to call back, but the interview process was easy and straightforward. We talked about my past work experience, personal qualities, job duties, and availability. I received a call back within two weeks for scheduling and got the job after being referred by an employee friend.

Interview
The interview process was easy. I received a call and within two weeks set up an in person interview. Within three days I knew if I had the job. The interview took place in a small office and was very informal. The interview is mostly about getting a feel for your personality.
