I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Anonymous Content (Boston, MA) in Sep 2015
Interview
More people than needed to conduct an interview, which lead to select the wrong candidate
since everyone goes with the big boss opinion. Long interview that last over 3 hrs. Its not that intimidating since they don't really have good interview skills. They already know who they want. Not so sure about minority group. Applied for a full time, end up with a contract offer that I refused. Not really sure why offering me to join as a contractor if I can do the job???? I heard they mostly hired contractors and provide poor training to them, while full time employer has better training.
