I applied online and got called back within a couple of days. I applied to the Madewell by Union Square. Interview was standard and super quick with 4 questions. Kinda was awkward because I was taken to their stock room and the interview was done in a super tiny room.
Easy and not too many steps. Not stressful and transparent process. One of the better ones I had.Not sure what else to share since there is a minimum amount of character.

I applied, got invited quickly, had a face-to-face interview discussing the role, my communication skills and motivation, asked about availability, and learned it’s target driven with progression opportunities. Very Friendly

I like it because the interviewer was really nice. I forgot being nervous in the interview because they made feel comfortable. My advice is just be yourself and speak honestly with your answer and you'll be fine.
