The job circular itself provided hints as regards the content of the written examination paper. It specifically mentioned that Therap was looking for candidates possessing basic programming skills in at least one of the following languages: C/C++, C#, Java or Python and basic knowledge of SQL. So, I started brushing up on Java and SQL.

Question 1
I was asked to bring my resume on the interview day. From a few previous experiences, I knew that in the technical interview I would be asked from my written examination paper and whatever was mentioned in my resume. So, I tried to recall the answers of my written examination paper and ensured to mention only specifics I had a good grasp of in my resume. Apart from that, I did a couple of Google searches and looked for both technical and non-technical common interview questions that get asked in an interview for the role I had applied for. As for the non-technical common questions, I even prepared the answers in advance.

The details of the interview process are as follows:
Technical round - The nature of the assignment will be technical + aptitude. It will be MCQ's and a programming exercise. The duration of the test will be 60 minutes.
Group discussion - The duration will be 15 - 20 minutes for each group.
Technical round - The duration will be 1 hour
Psychometric Test - The nature of the assignment is to know more about your personality type and the duration will be 25 minutes.
HR round/Final round - The duration will be 1 hour
