I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ann Taylor (New York, NY)
Interview
I first applied online, a month or so later I received a phone call from the ft sales lead to come apply in the store, where I met a Ptsd sales lead that handed me an aplication to fill and when I was done I handed it to an associate. A few days later I was called for an in store interview that lasted 1 hour and I had to prove I could put pieces together to sell in the end.
Really easy, I just went into it by being myself and sharing my skills. We talked for thirty minutes and I was offered within a week. I love how it felt like a conversation
