Interview
I had two interviews separated by a year. The first one the HR seems not to know the professions of the industry at all. She didn't show up to the interview, rescheduled to the next day 1hr later, then couldn't understand the difference between game producer and game designer. She eventually understood, told me "oh you should speak to that person" and I never heard from them again despite sending several emails. Second time the interviewer was in Europe and also seemed to be more experienced in finance jobs than tech. He apologised about his predecessor behavior and swore he would get back to me swiftly. Interview went well, never heard from him again.
I had 3 rounds on video call - interviews were communicated via Whatsapp. First two rounds were fine, the interviewer in the third round interviewer was rude. They were laughing at messages on their screen, not fully focused on the interview and also rude about my previous work and life experience.
the interview itself was great, they are respectful, and we talked happily. but waiting for a long time with no feedback. feel like no clear timeline and arrangement for the whole interview.
