Animas Surgical Hospital interview questions

Was promised lots of things that I stupidly did not get in writing. So therefore when I went to management later to see why these things were not materializing the answer I got was "I am sorry you misunderstood me" The benefits were not explained clearly by an upper management person that is ill informed and gave wrong and misleading information just to get you to sign up. They are so desperate for people they will tell you what you want to hear even though they have no intention of giving you what they promised. They are very sneaky so get everything in writing, or better yet, don't even sign on. Even some Surgeons are leaving because of this behavior as soon as their contract is up, and several have threatened to leave .
