Anglo-American University interview questions

I was contacted for an interview about two weeks after applying for this position. Unfortunately, several red flags emerged during the process. First, communication with HR was uncoordinated and unclear. My interview was scheduled for 11:00, but the manager didn’t arrive until 11:15—definitely not a good sign. The interview itself felt unprofessional, with little structure or engagement from their side. Despite being told they’d follow up, I never heard back. Overall, this experience left me with the impression that the company lacks professionalism. Would not recommend pursuing a career here.

Organized and straightforward. I was invited for two rounds and then sent an offer. Due to Covid times all was completed online. The people involved were nice to talk to. No problems with the process.
