The interview process was one of the best I’ve experienced. Although it took about four weeks, I was never left in the dark—communication was clear and timely at every stage, and I was always informed of next steps.
The process began with an initial call with the recruiter, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. I then completed a panel-style technical interview, which was a great opportunity to showcase my skills. After that, I met with the Director of IT, and finally, I had an in-person interview with the Director of People and Performance.
Throughout the entire process, everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and informative, which made the experience both smooth and encouraging.
