Interview
My interview experience was disappointing. The interviewers were consistently late and the schedule was changed multiple times without reasonable notice. This seemed to signal a lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort.
Overall process felt disorganized and ultimately making it a waste of time. A company’s hiring process reflects its internal culture, and based on this experience, I have concerns about their professionalism and respect for employees.
