Spoke to several current employees who asked a variety of questions about past professional experiences. It was well organized and efficient. Staff members were friendly and professional. Building was easy to locate and plenty of parking.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Anexinet in Sep 2015
Interview
Was referred by an existing employee. Had a phone screen for technical competence, in-person with three individuals and then the offer came. They called to answer any questions and were very helpful. I called to accept three days later.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Anexinet (Blue Bell, PA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Saw something on linkedin from one of the recruiters. Reached out and submitted a resume online. Got a callback the next day. Phone screen and then an in-person day with three interviewers including my VP. Phone screen was technical. The in-person's were less so. Everybody was positive and relatively consistent. Hired for long-term not just a project. Seems like they do some of both. Recruiter and the recruiting VP were great to work with. Pretty responsive.

Question 1
Not as many technical questions as I expected. More about culture and problem solving.
