One interview. Got a phone call for me to come in to interview after my resume was taken at the career fair. Went on-site to interview. Very welcoming and very relaxed interview. I wish I had prepared more. Luckily I ended up getting the internship

I stopped by the company booth during the career fair and later got an email for an interview. I would say it was a standard interview process. The hiring manager was responsive, but later did not get any official offer. Ended up getting ghosted.
Very straightforward and to the point. Wanted to make sure you were a fit for the company and that the company was a fit for you. Asked about future plans and how you would be able to handle the busy season. What you are expecting to gain from the company experience?
Screening interview with an HR representative followed by 3 30 minute interviews with a senior associate, manager, and director. Then a “networking” interview with a few current associates for another 30 minutes
