It was very brief. Just asked about my availability and why I wanted the job. The manager was really nice too, and was considerate of my hours and situation. They also hired me immediately and said they would send the form. I didn't hear back, but after 3 days I emailed the manager, and she got back to me and sent the hiring information.

Interview
Quick and to the point. Most of the questions were situation based and revolve around what a person would do to make sure the customer is happy. Interview was conducted in the restaurant itself with the front of house manager at the time. The point of the interview was mostly to see whether or not you could manage working long hours without getting cranky and yelling at customers.
