It was a 4-5 stage process where I spoke to different individuals. It was very insightful as they were formal and informal conversations which gave me more confidence as I felt comfortable sharing my experiences and it did not feel like a regular interview process. It was a fun experience as all the individuals had great character which motivated me to want to work for Anaplan as I wanted to be part of such a positive and flexible company. Mark Wilkins did the best he could to ensure I felt comfortable going forward and he followed up with me after each stage which I really appreciated.
