The interview process was generally split over 3 parts: 1. screening call. 2. Tech test & questions. 3, F2F and meet the team. Mark Wilkins (the recruiter) was really helpful throughout and provided me the resources and information I needed to be confident through and the process

The interviewer Mark was very friendly, and seemed genuinely interested in my background and what I could bring to the team. This earned a technical interview with the department manager and a general manager, which I was allowed to practise for in the days prior. The final interview was on-site and with the higher level technical officers (including a zoom attendee from the Minneapolis office), who were very friendly and asked about my interests.
