The interview process was very easy. There were no hard questions or tests. Mostly judged on whether or not they like you and want you on their team. I would also say they aren’t the best at hiring top talent.

I applied for an AE role, and quickly the recruiter contacted me to set up a meeting.
So far so good, but then recruiter ghosted me and went silent. I followed up with an email, but now 8 days after still no reply. Very sad.

Overall was fairly fast...meet with peer, hiring mgr, and exec member. Also had to present a case study - ie how you present your value prop to a potential customer
