The hiring process was very flexible based on my availability I had an initial call, a video interview which was competency based and a final face to face interview which was skills based. The hiring staff are very transparent and they want you to do well and show all your potential. I felt very well supported and everyone I met during the process including the interviewers were friendly and encouraging. The type of test they will give you is based on your experience but if you excel they will treat you accordingly.
