I had 6 interviews and a panel discussion. Reasonably fast process for the number of interviews and I was exceptionally well guided through the process by Mark Wilkins from their TA team.
The interviews gave me a great opportunity to meet the various stakeholders and get a good feeling about the work environment and culture at Anaplan.

Interview
The interview process spanned across several rounds with different senior leaders and peers to assess experience and approach to stakeholder management, team management and overall leadership experience.
From the beginning, Mark Wilkins, the recruiter in charge of the hiring process was really helpful and engaging. Any clarification during the process was addressed timely and this provided comfort about the process and the importance of the role in the overall strategy.
The panel exercise was particularly interesting: the team could evaluate and challenge the presented scenario, and it provided me with an opportunity to showcase my presentation skills and the overall approach for escalation management and my leadership style.
Even though the timeline was extensive, I felt informed about the next steps along the way.
Overall it was a positive experience and I appreciated dealing with Mark thoroughly.

Interview
The initial screening interview with Julian ensured that I was comfortable with the role and my fit within the team and not just a rudimentary screening. There were 3 rounds in total including an opportunity for me to ask operational questions to my predecessor and a cultural fit interview.
Julian and his team gave me clear guidance on the purpose of each round and provided clear feedback through each interview stage.
