The interview process is challenging but equally as rewarding. Anaplan will set you up for success. They’ll give you the proper documentation to understand the company, the product, as well as an overview of their 4 step interview process.
The five:
1. Tracy the (best) recruiter hopped on a call with me. She explained the structure, the company, the product, the salary, and the interview process. She was eloquent, intelligent, and benevolent. She will treat you with the upmost kindness while also pushing you to discover the best from yourself. She understands the candidate (me) better than I understood myself, it was eye-opening. She will root for you and wants to see you succeed, Thank you Tracy (truly)!!
2. A zoom meeting with Matt who is an SDR Manager. Matt was a straight shooter and asked insightful difficult behavioral questions. The questions had me digging deep and pulling out my innate desire and what drives me. Matt was friendly and also very respectful.
3. The Mock sales interview: This was in office at the Anaplan office in MPLS. I had the interview with Max, the man with the best “stache”. Max had a great vibe, was very welcoming while also being very discerning. I tried to keep it cool, calm, and collected. I had done the preparation and even received tips and help from Tracy on what the mock sales call would look like because like I said “Anaplan sets you up for success”. Max had phenomenal feedback as well as thorough answers to my barrage of questions.
4. The General: If you get to this stage you meet the final boss, kidding, Brandon was great. He told me since I’ve gotten this far, the rest of the team had good things to say and he was coming up with his own conclusion. He asked thought-provoking questions while also getting to know the real you and how’d you mesh with the team. He gave me the good news of my starting date.
Truthfully, if Anaplan helps you succeed in the interview process, just imagine the possibilities of success in the workplace!
Thanks Anaplan, can’t wait to start!!!!
