The entire process took around 2–3 weeks and consisted of five stages: 1. HR Screening (15 min) – Quick discussion on background, notice period, and expected salary. 2. Online Assessment (60–90 min) – Java coding (Collections, Stream API), SQL queries, and a small REST API problem. 3. Technical Round-1 (45 min) – Core Java (OOP, multithreading), Spring Boot REST design, Hibernate/JPA. 4. Technical Round-2 (45 min) – Microservices architecture, AWS (EC2, S3, RDS), Jenkins CI/CD, Angular basics. 5. Managerial/HR Fitment (30 min) – Project discussion (recent changes, production issues), career goals, and final CTC negotiation.
