      Product Manager Interview

      Mar 6, 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Toronto, ON
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Analyticsmart (Toronto, ON)

      Interview

First round Interview with an Account Executive was a 15 minute phone call. Next steps was supposed to be to meet with the CEO for an in person interview. I followed up once after 2 weeks and was told the CEO is still traveling. 6 weeks later from my first interview I still had not heard anything, I followed up again and was told by the Account Executive that the role was passed over to HR and if I haven't heard anything, the role has probably been filled. This has been a really poor interview and candidate experience. When someone applies and Interviews for a role, the least you can do is give them an update and not send them a response saying the "role has probably been filled" or she could have updated me that my application had been passed over to HR sooner.
