I applied through university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Analog Devices in Nov 2014
Interview
Applied during on campus career fair, got an on-campus face-to-face interview. I was then asked about some questions regarding to my research experience and everything seems going well. But the interviewer said there might not be a suitable position for my background but would like to transfer my resume to other team managers. Did not get any feedback since then other than encouraging me to go to their website to apply, I did so, but no more feedback.

I was called by a recruiter telling me that I have a technical interview the next day. The technical interview was okay, there were two interviewers, they were very kind, and I really had a good time. I was not able to answer all the questions, however, they discussed the answers without making me feel dumb. After that was the final interview, it was also a technical interview, mostly about circuit analysis. I also had a good time.
