I was a temp to hire and went in initially to give over view of what I was presently doing and set up an appointment with their HRO person. At that interview, with an HRO person and a senior manager, I was asked the same sort of things about what my present work entailed and if I would have any concerns about cross training for other duties. Also if I would mind working 'OCASSIONAL' overtime if needed, If I had any industry certifications, where I acquired my training / experience, pretty general.
