The phone interview with the recruiter was the first step. It was 30 minutes and obvious questions were asked. I enjoyed this interview and could tell the recruiter cared about the type of person he sent to next steps. The in-person interview was the next interview and that is all they had. They told me they’d get back to me by the end of the month with an answer. It was nice only having two interviews but obvious the hiring manager wasn’t sure about processes as he was new. Even if I was offered the position, I probably would have been hesitant to accept because many questions I had could not be answered.
