You have two interviews. One with HR and one with the VP of Operations and the Teller Manager.
The one with HR, she ask typical questions and at the end you have to take a "math/teller" test, like counting money as well as common sense stuff.
The second interview was nice as well, and was more traditional, at the end they gave me papers to fill out and bring back and told me that I was getting a background check. By that time (unless there is something bad on your background) you pretty much have the job.
