I received an email invitation to set up a phone interview. I set the phone interview and it took about 30 minutes. The recruiter was brief and pleasant. I received a call back the next day to set up an in person interview. I went in for the in person interview and the operations manager was very kind and laid back. Pleasant convo and very personable. About an hour after the interview I received another call to return back to the office to do a job shadow and meet with the CSR manager (who I would report to). I went in for about an hour and watched an employee perform job tasks then I spoke briefly for about 5 minutes to the CSR manager. She told me they had a few more interviews and then they would let me know their decision as they were hiring for multiple candidates. It's been weeks and I have yet to hear back lol. I ended up accepting a job elsewhere so I'm not really bothered but just thought that to be a bit unprofessional of an organization. As I stated the operations manager was nice and the employee who I sat with was sweet and explained a lot to me. Now the turnoffs were......I walked into the office and NO ONE was wearing a mask. I know we are in Texas and our state is open now but most organizations and workplaces are still practicing safety precautions but not this one. No one wore a mask not even to walk around. There were no temperature check systems. I think I may have saw ONE bottle of sanitizer in the entire office suite and there were at least 40 ppl in there. No 6 feet desk spacing. I must note this is at the Dallas office. I can't be sure about the Southlake location as I never went.
