I had the interview at a veterans job fair in Austin, TX. Bryan Minica was my interviewer and asked a series of questions designed to figure out if I was more of an ET or an MT. Coming from an electrical background with the USAF I found the questions to be quite in depth and I knew that if I made it past the interview and got the job, that it would be a personally rewarding and challenging career move. The interview lasted about 20-30 minutes and I had no questions at the end of it as to if I was coming on with the company or not. I like that in an interview, straight shooting is a trait that I really appreciate.
