The interview process started with a screening call with the person who would have been my manager where we talked about the role and the interview process. Then I was given an editing test to complete in 4 or 5 days. Then there was an in-person interview that had two parts; a panel interview with four members of the AWWA team (two who would have been team mates and two who were in adjacent departments), and another interview with the person who would have been my manager. From application to first contact, it was about a week. From application to finally hearing back that I'd not been selected, it was about a month.
Pros: Everyone was quite polite and very informative about the process and next steps. I appreciated the prep information from HR about interacting with the building and parking ahead of my in-person interview.
Cons: I was told at my in-person interview that I'd hear back by phone the following week about their decision, but no one called me that week. The week after that I emailed a follow-up and was told I had not been selected.
