The interview helped prepare me for what the job would look like. There was a practice script to see how I would sound/interact on the phone. I also participated in an exercise to test my ability to handle adversity on the phone.

the interview went very well. the position ended up not being what I was expecting however the interviewer was very professional and polite. If the position was as I expected I'm sure It would have been a lovely place to work.
