I applied online, had 2 one-on-one interviews. The interviews were easy as I have a lot of research experience that I can talk about. The two interviewers were nice and seemed excited to be hiring for this position. However, the job posting did not specify that this was actually a part-time role, and they blamed this on Indeed's website. The role would only move to full-time if they received a grant, which they could not guarantee. I did not mind and would have accepted the part-time position. However, I sent 2 follow-up emails after the second interview and never heard back from the organization. This is highly unprofessional and turns me off from ever applying to work here again.
