Hiring process is lengthy, waited a lot of time between phone and actual in person interview. Did not enjoy the process. I believe the process a bit cumbersome to get the results that they were looking for.

initial phone, followed up with invite for in person. In-person interview scheduled for later, I have not received an offer yet. Interview was short and fairly easy when it comes to interviews, no technical questions, all behavior based.

Interview
Very standard, the hiring manager and someone from HR. Applied online and was called a month or so later for an interview. Around two weeks later I was offered position. The HR person gave a small tour of facility after interview. Everyone was nice and no unneeded pressure. Took about an hour. They offered refreshments once completed.
