American Modern Insurance interview questions

I received a response for an initial HR screening the same day I applied. A phone interview was scheduled a few days later where we went over my experience and basic job functions. Shortly following that, I received a request for a second interview with the hiring manager. Second interview went well and the time flew by. Several questions appeared to be preplanned but there was also genuine interest in getting to know me as an adjuster and as an individual. A few hours after the interview, I received a follow up from HR requesting a second interview. I scheduled it the following week and the interview went very similar. Different preplanned questions but a heavy emphasis on getting to know me. Overall, the interview process was painless and timely.

Screening call for a different position led to a second call with the team’s manager for the analytics developer spot. I did not end up getting the offer, but it was a pleasant interview experience across the board. Good people.
