Quick, easy interview. Mostly about personality and customer service techniques. It was a one-on-one interview that lasted about 45 minutes. Talked about my management and sales history and style. Learned about the hiring managers background and his history with the company. He made the interview very comfortable and relaxed. A key is going to your interview with American Mattress in a suit, or at the very, very least a shirt and tie.

Interview
The first interview takes place at a regional manager's location. Basic interview process there but you do get to see first-hand how the sales process works if customers come in. The second interview is with the recruiting manager, who will definitely test you and say things to you that you might not expect.
