Appy on-line (they say they look at Craig'sList) or just fax your resume to them.Interview is formal - you should dress in business attire. A demo is required - interviewer tells you what level, what grammar point, and you need to come prepared (with no electronics) to teach an on-going class (which is interrupted for your benefit) For the demo, you should come dressed professionally (suit is best, tie for men absolutely necessary, no jeans, no sneakers, no sandals/flip-flops. Recommend modest clothes for women - you are not there to sell yourself to the male students. After demo, they may interview you briefly and then offer a schedule. Do not expect a full five-day schedule right away. Most people work "here and there" schedules 6 - 7 days a week.
